Device-Guided Controlled Breathing as a Treatment for Hypertension

This topic was reviewed by the California Technology Assessment Forum on October 18, 2006. It was recommended that daily use of RESPeRATE for device-guided breathing to lower systolic blood pressure as adjunctive treatment for patients with persistently high blood pressure in the Stage I or II range, and who are otherwise healthy, non-pregnant individuals meets CTAF Criteria.
