Full-Field Digital Mammography for Preast Cancer Screening and Diagnosis

For Screening: It is recommended that the use of digital mammography meets Technology Assessment Criteria 1 through 5 for safety, effectiveness and improvement in health outcomes when used for screening mammography.

For Diagnosis: It is recommended that the use of digital mammography does not meet Technology Assessment Criteria 3 through 5 for safety, effectiveness and improvement in health outcomes when used for diagnostic mammography.
